The following are the steps on how to make chuka wakame;


  • Heat the saucepan over medium heat.

  • Pour sesame oil on the saucepan.

  • Add the rehydrated wakame.

  • Then add soy sauce.

  • After add rice vinegar.

  • Then mix with sugar.

  • Cook for 10 minutes.

  • Remove the saucepan from heat.

  • Add chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
