1. Get good dried expresso beans.


2. Measure the beans(14-18 grams)


3. Grind the beans.


4. Now is the time to tamp the beans.


5. Put the portafilter into the machine.


6. Brew a shot of expresso with your machine.


7. Pour the expresso into the hot water boiled between 70 to 76 degrees celsius.


8. Add sugar if desired.
