Chicken. Fried or frozen chicken can be kept for more days without getting spoiled.
Vegetables such as spinach,cabbage can be meal prepped.
Beef. It can also be kept for some days.
Sausages. These can be kept in a refrigerator.
Cheese. It can be stored in a fridge.
Mutton. Can be kept in a fridge for so long.
Legumes such as peanuts and beans can be meal prepped using a method of canning.
