What foods are good for meal prep?


The following types of foods are good for meal prep;


  • Chicken. Fried or frozen chicken can be kept for more days without getting spoiled.

  • Vegetables such as spinach,cabbage can be meal prepped.

  • Beef. It can also be kept for some days.

  • Fish.

  • Sausages. These can be kept in a refrigerator.

  • Pork.

  • Cheese. It can be stored in a fridge.

  • Mutton. Can be kept in a fridge for so long.

  • Legumes such as peanuts and beans can be meal prepped using a method of canning.
