How long to cook white fish in pan?

It will take 5 to 13 minutes to cook white fish in pan as explained below;

Heat the pan and pour sunflower oil on it.

When the oil has heated,sprinkle pepper and salt on white fish and deep fry.

Cook until it flakes.

Remove from the pan to chill.

Serve.
